Job Description:
A Residential Property Management company is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor for a 360 unit apartment community in Humble, TX. Responsibilities include all on-site maintenance functions, supervision of service personnel, monitoring expenses and developing & implementing an ongoing property maintenance and improvement plan. The top candidate must be a self-starter, motivator and leader, a good communicator and listener and have a strong commitment to customer service.
Prerequisites:
Knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
Previous maintenance experience required
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Previous residential/apartment maintenance experience preferred
High school graduate required, technical school preferred
HVAC Certification required
This is a full time position offering great pay and full benefits.
