CLUB PILATES ATASCOCITA AND KINGWOOD Job Description POSITION:
The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist management with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, booking them into Introductory Classes and closing the sales.
The Sales Representative also assists with customer service, engagement and retaining current members and with retail sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Positive, detail oriented and team player with exceptional sales and customer service skills Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues Must have proficient computer skills Valid drivers' license and/or access to reliable transportation.
Must have a clean DMV record and successfully pass background check
Responsibilities:
Ability to SELL our programs and retail products Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship with future members Make and answer high volume of calls, texts and email Emphasize and enforce policies, procedures and rules Present available services to current or prospective members Provide superior customer services to members and prospects Participate in special events (health fairs, marathons, and community events) to promote the club Merchandise and inventory retail Assists in maintaining cleanliness of the studio Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION:
