Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers - Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in a retail environment - Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual) - Knowledge of wireless technology products and services is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent organizational skills to maintain product displays and store appearance - Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required Note:
