Our ideal candidate will have experience in the daily business operations of a medical practice with strong hands-on experience.
Knowledge of human resources and benefits management for staff is preferred.
We are looking for a patient-focused philosophy who can promote teamwork within the clinic.
Ideally, a candidate would have experience developing and implementing approaches to improve practice performance and growth.
Attention to detail is crucial.

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE MEDICAL OFFICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE!! JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years experience as a leader or manager in a medical practice Human resources and benefits management experience Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification and prior authorizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication Provider credentialing for Insurances and hospitals experience is a must Management and oversight of all HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA compliance PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS Experience with Quality Metrics, MACRA, MIPPS, and Care Gaps EMR experience, preferably eClinicalWorks, clinical and practice management/billing Working knowledge of AR, reporting, expense control, HR and payroll INCLUDED RESPONSIBILITIES Orders and restocks supplies as necessary Monitors and approves attendance and time off for all personnel Provides ongoing education to staff Hires, trains and monitors staff Works with staff to identify and determine if there are any problems or opportunities for improvement Able to effectively communicate with upper management and physicians Effectively communicate with patients to resolve disputes with a positive outcome Able to provide coverage back up for all clinic positions Manage a large staff and call center INTERPERSONAL SKILLS Portrays attitude and actions that are oriented to patient, provider and employee satisfaction Maintains open and positive communication, both written and verbal, with all personnel and physicians Maintains professionalism towards the promotion of a positive work environment Maintains calm and effective behavior during stressful situations Conducts all aspects of supervision in a firm, fair, and consistent manner Demonstrates an ability to identify and resolve problems using good judgment to reach quality decisions Continually evaluates the morale of staff and takes appropriate actions to resolve problems Ensures a safe environment for the patients and staff Organized and goal orientated Must pass a background and drug screen!
