We are looking for the right person to lead our customer service team as a Customer Service Manager.

The salary range for the Customer Service Manager position is $55,000-$70,000 per year, dependent on experience and knowledge base.
Performance bonus opportunities are also available.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Overseeing Customer Service Team of Administrative Assistants and holding weekly meetings Managing overall customer service success with our team and customers Managing inbound calls and handling customer questions Managing buying group relationships as it relates to business opportunities for all branches Collaborating and working with Special Projects and Procurement teams as needed Qualifications and skills College degree preferred but not required Work experience with data analytics preferred Extremely proficient in Office Suite (particularly Excel) Ability to quickly learn new skills Ability to train team members Highly Organized 18 years or older Valid driver's License Benefits Laptop Cell phone 401K matching Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Company Profit Sharing Job Type:
