This is a fully onsite position and needing someone who has some background in hospitality.
The ideal person for this position is eager to help the company grow and expand, adaptable, and has strong leadership skills as this person will be managing an HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and hire new staff
performance evaluations - Work with senior leadership to set goals and execute plans related to hiring/retention - Develop and implement strategies/initiatives to support the overall HR vision - Oversee compensation, benefits, disciplinary matters, disputes/investigations, productivity, training and development, recognition, and occupational safety - Maintain Paylocity (HRIS) Requirements:
