Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:
30-6:
30 and Friday 8-5.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet and check out all patients and guests for appointments and meetings.
Counsel patients on testing requirements and instructions.
Fax consult notes and any other correspondence to referring physicians, after every office visit.
Scan all documents and attach to patients chart by the end of every clinic day IE; demo scan, compression stockings, testing instructions, etc.
Collect payments and balances at time services are rendered.
Review the schedule daily and monitor for cancellations, open appointments, and appointments over the visit limits.
Answer phones, take messages and route phone calls as necessary.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish and English) Must be able to work Monday - Thursday 10-6:
30 and Fridays 8-5.
Typing speed of 45wpm and data entry experience General knowledge of insurance terms, policies, and procedures Scheduling and receptionist experience Preferred Criteria (but not required):
eClinical experience Medical experience Performance Criteria:
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times Must posses the ability to multitask Must be reliable, dependable, and detail oriented Job Type:
