As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Duties:
-Quick books, Accounts Receivable - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products and services - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary - Filing and data entry - Scheduling service/ warranty appointments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative - Professional/Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Excellent organizational skills -Quickbooks knowledge preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Office -Client invoicing and billing

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
