General Description:
The Executive Account Associate's primary focus is providing a high level of customer service.
Connect with our valued and diverse customers to provide custom solutions.
Collaborate with customers to build top notch and complex projects.
This position will require excellent oral and written communication skills in order to fulfill customer's requirements and operate under company policies and procedures.
The individual will have phone and email contact with clients on a daily basis.
He/she must be proactive in providing quality client service and have the ability to handle pressure and responsibility in a fast pace environment, in a timely and effective manner.
Essential Job Functions Customer Service - order entry with 99% accuracy Written and verbal communication with clients, drivers and other team members Process quoting requests from clients Secure all documentation needed to process specific client's shipments Ensure all client guidelines are met and followed Answer Phones Perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction Function in a fast-paced environment, under pressure Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time Work with minimal supervision Other Skills & Functions Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel Quality Phone Etiquette Quality Focus, Detail Oriented Highly Organized and Ability to Multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of personal computers Works well within a team and individually Job Type:
